February 11th, 2008

Emily Perkins will present The Non-Compete: From Making the Agreement to Enforcing It
She is a Litigation Attorney at Nexsen Pruet, she has written several articles on Consumer Rights and Cyber Terrorism.

We meet at the Warehouse Theatre, 37 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC 29601.

The meeting starts at 5:45 PM, Emily will begin her presentation about 6:15 PM, this provides about 30 minutes for networking, you can take time after Emily's presentation to continue any discussions that you started during the first networking session.

At our January meeting, Marty Shapiro presented his thoughts on entrepreneurship. Marty is an active UEF member and is helping to forge a new vision for the UEF's roll in promoting entrepreneurship in the Upstate of South Carolina.
